I Had a traumatic experience with FNB life. after joining they're funeral cover 5 years ago i regret even doing so. my father passed away on the 25/07/2021 and i submitted a claim on the 27/07/2021 ( with all required documents) even to date they have not paid out. i never buried my father in a dignified way because we did not have money to do.
