FNB your client service is non existent. Secure Chat is a total waste of time.

As per many others an amount of R2 883.51 was *****ulently deducted from my account. The company was Mac and Things. This occurred due to the inability of FNB security and no fault of mine. I went into the branch who advised me to change my log in details at no stage was I told to cancel my card. Today 7 days later FNB ***** department advised I should cancel and re-order a new card. To add insult to injury I am now liable for the payment of the new card and have been told to wait another 7 days! Also I need to wait another 7 days for them to investigate. What is there to investigate???
