I called fnb *** , spoke to a lady by the name of Madeline and she put me on hold for so long without resolving my query - how unprofessional is this man - whoever the hell she is - I want my ***en query resolved ASAP, my debit order better not come off as this was cancelled on the 6th of October - somebody from FNB needs to call me urgently
