FNB EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I called fnb over 50 times for assistance but it appears that their temp loan department does not exist. i have taken a loan paid up the loan but fnb has listed me on itc as a slow payer with a balance on an account that has been settled. there isn't a single person that could assist or knows how to get hold of someone that can assist on the call centre numbers. they continuously just transfer or cut the call.

i wouldn't advise anyone on using fnb as they have the worst service ever. and its not the first time i have had a problem with them. definitely closing the account now.
