FNB Extremely poor service.

My revolving loan credit increase was approved on Friday however funds were not depositsed. I went to Pretoria Westend branch for assistance, the manager and consultent said they don't know why the funds are not reflecting and the credit manager and the person standing in for him are off duty. To date the funds are still not reflecting. I spoke to over 5 consults on secure chat. No one is interested to help. I experienced the same poor service late last year were an approved loan took more than 4 working days today appear in the account, I was at the Pretoria Westend branch every day trying to get assistance. I bank with FNB for more than 15years and I can guarantee you that the quality of their service and technology is going backwards and extremely poor.
