fnb extremely dissapointed
Good Day
I had FNB credit in 2007 , owed them some money because I was retrenched from work , made payments tried to bring the capital down , found full time employment last year , reopened my current cheque account , been receiving my salary ever since , through my FNB current account , in total I owed FNB R10062.00 , I got paid on the 22th of December 2018 and FNBs legal department deducted the whole amount from my current account and settled my debt , which left me stranded on Holiday with my family , I called them and they explained that they had all the right to do soo and it could not be reversed , I am very disappointed in FNB and closing my account with them , weather or not they had a right to do so without informing me is irrelevant , its a half way point between what's legally correct or morally correct ,had they of called me I would have said take x amount and they balance will be over so long , this is not how you treat customers , I will not deal with FNB again and I suggest everyone else does the same
