FNB Extremely Bad Service - Stay away

On 23 December 2023, Rain debited my account without authorization. I disputed the transaction with FNB so I can be refunded. I have been taken from pillar to post and there is no willingness to resolve the dispute. Also, the banking fees are expensive with little services rendered. It appears banks are the law to themselves. This is the 2nd time with FNB. I lost R80k through a ********** activity despite reporting the ********** transaction, I have not been refunded. The money was withdrawn from an FNB account. Stay away from this bank.
