FNB Extreme Prepaid Electricity Service Fee

FNB is charging extreme amounts with every purchase of Prepaid Electricity. They have been charging me wit every transaction.

Today I paid R200 to see what happens. R135.65 was for service fee. No arrears amount and 27.9 units.

How can they charge such extreme amounts for service fees on every single transaction?
