Fnb extended Covid19 did not pay credit card

I made a complaint at fnb that my Covid 19 extended loan has been approved and according to me it was also supposed to pay my credit card that did not as the company my wife work for did also not yet open because of the lockdown as she is always assisting me to pay accounts.Fnb did assist me with the other accounts and I am pleased with it.Please assist me
