FNB exploiting us and taking advantage of COVID 19

FNB is taking the lockdown as a money making scheme instead of helping people in need. Why must I take a loan when I need money the most now??? I can't afford a loan. All I want is my funds to b reversed, why is FNB treating us like this in these bad economic days???? Is it even legal that they won't reverse debit orders?
