FNB exploiting people they are *******

FNB is an absolutely terrible bank my problems have started firstly with a glitch on their banking app they just upgraded mt account without any consent from myself and deducted money I than phoned and they downgraded the account back and after that deducted money again for that when I asked my money back they refused to pay back I rhan had to report to the ombudsman whereafter they did pay back secondly FNB is exploiting people over the festive season as your credit cards and loans get deducted as per normal after your Nov salary but in Dec they deduct early again even before your next salary is paid into your account how can they do this in the festive season even before your salary gets paid in its terrible and exploiting people I am fed up with this ******** bank with a slogan how can we help you it's not the case stay away it's rather how can we enrich ourselves, stay away bank somewhere else they try and catch you with the e bucks but they really catch you when you joined stay away FNB is ******* that will steel en deduct at any time they like
