FNB = Exploiting desperation

Still remaining one of my worst decisions ever to move to FNB... to recap - took out a Temporary Loan that was offered to me (bad idea,don't do it) after a back and forth, they allegedly would have refunded me the initiation fee, which is incidently 20+%, the 'maximum' allowed by the NCA. That was on Thursday, and NOTHING happened so far. Again, no reply my mail sent. Interestingly, no credit is available, in any form. Why? Because I do not qualify.
