FNB EXPLOITATION

I was at FNB for almost twelve years. In that time like many had ups and downs and was placed under administration based on overdebtedness. I really wanted to hold onto my house and managed to do so. this year sold it, but looking back FNB really exploited the situation i found myself in. They neer abided by court order. We settled on a fix monthly payment but when interest rates increases occured they increased my monthly payments and the bond lending placing arrears against my account. To top it off when final setllement was paid they placed R23000 additional which i queried and they apologised and placed the money back. I thank them for lending me the money to buy the house but I it was not for me querying and them accepting fault how much more money have they dooped not only me but the many other thousands of people. Thank you FNB for acknolging fault but i am pretty sure I and many more have been taken for more.
