FNB EXPLOITATION

I went into the bank last year in August for a card replacement.

After applying for a new card and while me and Ameer were speaking i told

him i want the pay as you go option. He confirmed that when i receive

the card after 5 days then he will downgrade me to that option when i come back to the

bank. When i went to the bank to collect the card he gave me the card and told me that

everything is sorted and i am downgraded to the lower option. Under the impression i am paying for what i use i did not check my statements.

When i saw that i was charged R100 a month for Bank fees i went imediatly to bluff FNB and spoke

to a white female MRs Roux. She confirmed that the guy had done a wrong thing and i should be

refunded my monies back. She had seen my proof on the computer. This is absolutely horrible coz from the 1st Sep till Feb i have been charged

R600 when this is not what was agreed in the first place. I am contemplating changing my bank,

Its enough that we are messed around by the govermnent and for the bank to do this is horrible

and *******.
