Fnb expired card delivery delay

I have been their loyal customer for over 15 years it's time for other options . My premier Cheque card expired 30 sep 19.i am still waiting. No communication since I complained at the branch where I was referred to apply on line. Imagine carrying cash, no swiping for me such an inconvenience. I so disappointed that I had to wait for so long
