Fnb Bela Bela is not customer friendly and it' so annoying to sit on the banch without a ticket just waiting for someone to assist you with registering the app. I waited 47min so I could be assist, compared to absa I wouldn't advice anyone to visit this branch because the skin segregation still exists in this branch.
