FNB - Expensive To Deal With

After a week of trying to resolve and issue with a card authorisation, I once again turn to Hello Peter to help. FNB has blocked payments, refused authorisations and in 2 cases authorised payments totaling over R7000 and not reversed them. I cannot contact anyone, and the chat support and phone support just gives me the same nonsense. Recovery my money and put it where you found it. R900 in phone call later and not a response. No single response. 4 Days just begging FNB for help.
