FnB executor

Do not use fnb as a executor on your estate it is the worst and most painfull story after losing a loved one then i still need to struggle with them aftet almost month and a half i tried to get the forms filled in and i had no help with the forms so i went to my broker to help me and then i am stuggling to send them tbe forms the said scan and email and now its been 2 weeks i dont hear anything i dont know what to do even now i am stuck so they are useless
