FNB Executives and management should hang their heads in shame.
It is about time that the executives of the big banks in South Africa are taken to task. Jacques Celliers and his team should hang their heads in shame. Problem is their competitors' ratings on Hello Peter are just as poor. Jacques if your salary was in some way linked to what your customers thought of the banks service, you would have to pay FNB to work for them. NPS -56.
