FNB Excon Letter Request

@FNBSA I am very disappointed with FNB service my wife has a visitors permit and its endorsed by home affairs to allow her to work while we are waiting for PR outcome. They allowed her to open a bank account and also linked her to my fnb account. Now we are applying for a bond at Nedbank and they request an excon letter from FNB. The response from FNB they said they will not issue the letter because it does not have a work permit/PR. How possible does the existing permit open a bank account yet it does not allow to issue a excon letter. What a poor service. Have been with FNB for almost 10years and they can't even give you better service be it may be bond they always give highest interest rates yet other banks which u don't bank with you they give better interest rates. What shame on FNB. Because its opening bank account money to them they done have problem now my turn to request a letter they can't offer. I'm very disappointed with FNB and i will never recomment any of my friends to open account with FNB. Standard bank Nedbank or Capitec are better off than FNB
