FNB Exchange forex Dept is Horribe - I have KIDS

FNB Exchange control blocked my account and they are not giving me reason why? The letter says they got an instruction from SARB. When I call SARB they saying something different. Please assist me as I need this money for my kids and if I did something wrong I need to be told so I can correct it. If I am not complaint with forex block my forex transactions.
