FNB ******* Excess On Item/s Charge on my Account and cannot account for it
FNB Charging me Excess on Item/s at lest twice per week, I followed up with them to explain why they keep charging me this access as my account is always on a positive and all my debit orders goes off successfully. They couldn't find why they keep charging me this fee. I have been complaining about this issue for the past year and a half and haven't received any help. So far they owe me over R10 000.00 through these charges.

12 May 2023, 09:50Someone from FNB called on the 10th of May 2023, the same day of logging this issue and promised thats a consultant will contact me with 24 hours. No one has called me and since the 10th May 2023, there has been already two Excess transactions, one for R 310 and R 610 respectively. I really do not how to express my frustration. I am boiling to the core.
