FNB #EXCESS ITEM FEE ****!!!

SO!!!! FNB took R465 from me in two days just saying...#EXCESS ITEM FEE 2 ITEMS ON 20/02/05 R310 #EXCESS ITEM FEE 1 ITEMS ON 20/02/03 R155. This is absolutely ubsert. I would like to know how they justify that!!!! I understand that it because of insufficient funds at time of a deduction...but just decline the deduction, dont let it go through and charge me nearly R500 penalty. Cant they comprehend that the sheer fact that this is happening is because of a difficult time??? FNB is so selfish that they would pile on and make my life worse!
