FNB #EXCESS ITEM FEE - R1240

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had x3 excess item fees debited from my FNB Gold Cheque account on 03/12/2016, 05/12/2016 & 06/12/2016 for transaction done on the 16/12/2016 for 5 items, 1 item and 2 item respectively, even though I only had 2 transactions on that day.</p> <p> </p> <p>The total amount of transactions done on 16/12/2016 amounts to 3. The Rand value of these 3 transactions amounts to ZAR 227.46. There was a positve balance in my Gold Cheque account during these transactions.</p> <p> </p> <p>The total amount FNB charged me for the EXCESS ITEM FEE amounts to R1240.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can a FNB representative please contact me and explain this to me as I believe this is a FNB service error.</p>
