FNB #EXCESS ITEM FEE Hidden Costs ****

FNB #EXCESS ITEM FEE is definitely another ****. I was charged R1235.00 excess item fee for 10 items of which the FNB agent could not justify to me. All he told me was that they charge R155.00 for 1 excess item fee yet the numbers do not add up.

In addition to this FNB charged me 3 times for the same transaction. twice. This makes it 3x2 = 6 transaction when I should have been charged for only 2 transactions.
