FNB excess fees crippling my business

Excess fees were deducted. Card swipe payments were deferred until i had a low balance, thus putting my account in a negative. The swipes could have been deterred until there was enough funds, so today i sit with a problem, because of the negative balance i am unable to pay my supplier account, and thus my clients are all offline un till who knows when.... swak gedrag and *****. No, its time to move elsewhere. FNB advertising they help businesses grow but so far as i can see, not the case, false advertising i should say. Never been more disappointed in a bank before. I gave one star because there is no negative rating
