FNB exceptionally poor experience no feedback no contact.

FNB you continue to be a great dissapoint to me. After my previous report I received a reference number and was informed that an official complaint has been logged. Ths is more than a week ago. I sent correspondence to the supp**** email address last week, yet I have had no interaction from your side at all besides your reply to this forum, and yes I did check all my folders including spam. I really feel like you couldn't care less about your clients. You are very uncaring especially during a time when things went wrong from your side.
