Fnb Excellent service

I would like to compliment Freedom modau consultant and Kgomotso Matshoba the branch mananger who gave us excellent service. On the 22 nov we went to Birch Acres branch of assistence cause our business account had been frozen by the ***** department. From that day thy went an extra mile to connect us with the ***** department to resolve our query which thy did. Thy gave us hope and whn we went back on the 24th they did their outmost best to realize our funds we whr there fr almost the whole day bt thy made us comfortable even whn we were starting to gt frustrated. All i cn say is im a new client and alredy feel at home thank u very much fr such a wonderfull and friendly staff tht Fnb has, hope you keep it up and am looking forward to being part of this family. Ive never had such expirience, Again all praise to freedom Mudau and Kgomotso Matshoba.
