FNB EXCELLENT SERVICE

WORLD CLASS service from FNB. I ordered some plants from a business in Brackenfell. They agreed also to deliver, I paid but insisted it had to be FNB to FNB. They called and advised the driver will be delivering shortly, one hour later the driver still hadnt left. Then they advised no he will be leaving shortly, they messed me about for over 6 hours and they subsequently stopped taking my calls. NO DELIVERY, I called FNB advised what was happening. They put a stop on his account, 2 days later he advised he couldnt withdraw money as his bank account had been frozen. Still nothing about the plants, but he advised I must call FNB and ask them to unfreeze his account, I advised until I received my order I wasnt doing anything of the sort! FNB advised that he must get a signed invoice of the delivery of my plants. He still tried to pressurize me into calling FNB however I said deliver the plants and then I will speak to them. He eventually delivered the plants and the invoice was signed! Although he has a business he appeared to want to **** me, THANKS TO FNB he was unsuccessful. Thank you so much.
