FNB excellent service

Needing to complete my FICA docs and not having the necessary scanner and printer I duly went for assistance to FNB, Hillcrest branch, KwaZulu Natal. All very organised with greeters at the door to assist with moving clients through. Seating all with correct distancing and floor walkers assisting wherever necessary and also ensuring that each station was correctly sanitized etc., before calling the next ticketed client. The young lady who assisted me with my FICA documents was a real ambassador for FNB: patient, pleasant and efficient. All went smoothly and quickly without making me feel rushed. 5 Stars for FNB Hillcrest, KwaZulu Natal.
