FNB Excellent service

I happened to be at the Westgate mall last to fill in school exemption forms and i had the pleasure of witnessing a very friendly and welcoming lady by the name of Pearl( i didn't get her last name). The way she addressed people coming into the bank was a joy to watch, the way she interacted with one particular senior omsie who needed help left me speechless, so much care, so much patience, and she just went out of her way to help her. When i left i told her she should be careful that the bank does not chain her to the front desk cos she's ****** good. It was really a pleasant and rare experience but then again, Pearls are rare!
