FNB - Excellent Service

Purchased an appliance through the eBucks store. When the appliance arrived it differed from the advertised specifications.

This was brought to their attention and they assistant efficiently by replacing the appliance with a model which does meet the advertised specifications.

What an absolute pleasure to receive such excellent customer service when poor service has become the norm.
