FNB Excellent customer service

FNB Thank you for your excellent customer service today. How many phone calls will it take to stop a debit order? How long will each call take before the line is dropped or the Brainless Automated System attacks you who talks so fast and just say goodbye without me having time to grasp what it just said. I would love to stop the order online however, it is not possible unless I can speak to a real HUMAN Being and not the Brainless Automated System.
