FNB Excellence

I visited FNB at 407 Anton Lembede Street Branch in Durban on Wednesday 22 May in 2024 to open a new bank account to link to my PayPal. The information desk consultant was swift, friendly and directed me to the relevant counter for assistance. The consultant named Lungile was also super-efficient, opened the account without problem. She asked the relevant questions, was professional, composed, friendly and we were done in no time. The online banking consultant also went beyond her call of duty while helping me to link the new account, get the app on the phone plus activate online banking. We went outside to deposit the funds to activate the account, we bought R5 airtime to activate the online and phone banking. She directed me on setting up my passwords and on how to use the online banking app. I am overall satisfied with the excellent service that I have received. Thank you.
