FNB ewallet struggling to get cash

I was send ewallet yesterday i went to local FNB ATM the were people infrint if me usibg same ATM service. When it was my turn I try to get cash use pin i was given it keeps on saying error.When i try for the second time it says insufficient funds. Is so frustrating as i neef to use that cash to pay my rent
