FNB Ewallet Reversal penatly Charge Due To ATM Out of Order

I send Money to FNB through Ewallet to a staff member that does not have a bank account. The FNB ATM out of order and no other options available. I then made a reversal so i can send the funds in another manner. FNB Then charges me R55 for a error that they have made about not having a functional ATM. At least FNB Could have waived the Penalty for a error on there part. I did everything correctly from my side.
