FNB EWALLET PIN NUMBER AIRTIME ****

FNB has a new tendency of not sending a pin number IMMEDIATELY or NOT AT ALL when you send an eWallet. This means the recipient must dial *120*277# and this number cost a airtime if the recipient has no airtime then can't access the eWallet. This is NONSENSE FNB, ARE YOU IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING AIRTIME OR YOU ARE A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION? You can't be looting from client like this. You are charging to send the eWallet why also charge the recipient via airtime? Please send eWallet pin immediately to the recipient as how it suppose to be not this nonsense you are doing lately. In other words when I send eWallet I must also send extra cash to cater airtime. You made easy access *130*.....to buy airtime via eWallet but you charge to access EWallet. FNB STOP THIS NONSENSE
