FNB ewallet not to be trusted

I want to redeem an unclaimed ewallet sent almost 1 month ago. For context, the amount if R400. FNB just told me I can only reverse the money within 72 hours of thr transactions,BUT HERE'S THE CLINCHER, FNB WILL BE CHARGING ME R65,00!!!! WHY?? The app does not allow you reverse the money. When I enquired what the R65.00 is for I'm told admin..but the app does not have a clear way to reverse the money compared to ABSA for instance
