FNB ewallet not secure!!!!
Very disappointed with Fnb ewallet services!! On 8/11/202 I sent my son R1000 via ewallet very late at night and he received pin but could not withdraw money. It cost me another R1000 to resend to his second sim number. The very next morning 09/11/2022 I contacted Iris Morobane at 8h51am and requested an immediate reversal. She advised that the costs would be R65 and I agreed to such, she said I would be notified when done. Yesterday 11/11/2022, I receive an sms to state that money can be withdrawn from ATM cardless. I again put a small amount of R30 in just to get a pin, and again my son gets an unable to withdraw message from ATM, I have the slip as proof. This morning I spend 48 minutes with two really badly trained consultants trying to get the funds reversed. Then Requile Mogashwane (dont know if spelt correctly) advises me that she will request to reverse, then comes back on phone and says the money has been withdrawn??? How on earth does someone withdraw the money without a pin?? without my son's sim card or number?? and what I get from Requile is, so sorry???? really, I want my funds back from Fnb immediately.....they can do their investigation on their own time and get the atm's branch and camera to show who withdraw and when...this is a load of crock!!
