FNB Ewallet nonsensical service

WHY is my cellnumber blocked for ewallet services???!! Someone sent R100 via ewallet to my number, then called FNB to have the transaction reversed.... but instead my profile is blocked!! The call centre opetator I spoke to was just not helpful.
