FNB eWallet no sms/USSD code not working

I was sent an ewallet 4 days ago, no sms and also the USSD *120*277# gives an error, when I tried *120*277*4# it said "Your money has been blocked by FNB"

Second time this happens, only when I get sent to my Telkom sim
