FNB EWALLET IS ROBBING PEOPLE.

I have sent money on ewallet and the person I sent the money to received the pin. However when they went to withdraw the money the ATM said no funds. What the hell is going on. Kindly fix this issue with the ewallet facility. Kindly investigate the matter I want my money back or kindly issue the recipient a new pin to withdraw the funds.
