FNB Ewallet is a ****

I cant withdraw money from my Ewallet. When I go to the bank I was told to call their helpline, when I call their helpline they told me to go to the bank. now I am being sent from pillar to post for just a mere withdrawal. how can a big brand like fnb treat us like this and hold our hard earned money hostage? what happened to the 3000 daily limit and 14000 monthly limits that were all over their adverts?
