FNB eWallet Frustration

I was sent an eWallet and the PIN expired. I dialled *120*277# as instructed to do and was told no funds available.

This is incredibly frustrating especially since there have been NUMEROUS complaints about this issue for many years now!

I urgently need this cash but due to inefficiency on the part of FNB I am unable to access it.
