FNB Ewallet Fees *******

I received R100 ewallet, which cleary indicates I'm broke as heck, go to the ATM to withdraw it and i can only withdraw R50 because "there is insufficient funds for the R11 withdrawal fee." So sender AND recipient BOTH PAY? That is utterly ridiculous and to be honest ****************!
