FNB eWallet error

I received a substantial amount on eWallet but cannot get the money out. Asks me to dial *120*277# but my cellphone says its unable to do this due to insufficient funds. My cellphone is on contract and i have over 400minutes airtime...I cannot load airtime because its not prepaid. I tried googling, dialled *130*277# and can see the balance on eWallet but just cannot get the money out. I would appreciate if someone can contact me Urgently to assist.
