Fnb Ewallet card horror

Good morning. I'm using fnb for ewallet I use it long time ago when it was Cardless.. I didn't ask for card.. But they gave me a card.. Every time when I m trying to use it it doesn't work.. It's eather they offline or says insufficient funds.. But there is money there.. Trying to contact them I was strunded nearly slept in the street.. When I try to check on the phone the balance. It's keep on saying I must put more airtime.. It means fnb is for rich people..they don't bother to return to you.. Just for clarification..
