FNB eWallet blocked

My eWallet by FNB was blocked due to a dispute with a customer many months ago. There's funds on my eWallet that I can't access yet am being charged a monthly service fee for since then,yet it's still unresolved and blocked. There's no free number to phone them,no assistance,what do I do pls
