FNB EWALLET BLOCKED

I did a Bitcoin transaction with someone and our transaction was successful,until I saw fnb lock my ewallet without reason, I made a complain sending prof and details of transaction and they didn't reply or open my ewallet of 2500 which is affecting my business, please how do people deal with a bank like this? N:B. The person I transacted business with had cleared himself and they still not opening my ewallet for my to get money out
