FNB eWallet ate my money

I've sent two different eWallets to my daughter that she was never able to withdraw because the banks says she share a profile number with someone(of which os not our problem). I have tried to reverse the money but the bank says it's impossible! The money has been staying there for some months without any solution on how I must get it back. I have donated the money I don't have to FNB just like that. It's really painful
